printer-driver-escpr software package provides printer driver for Epson Inkjet that use ESC/P-R, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install printer-driver-escpr
printer-driver-escpr is installed in your system.
Make ensure the printer-driver-escpr package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep printer-driver-escpr *
You will get with printer-driver-escpr package name, version, architecture and description in a table
